About the Founder
Meet the founder of the Kwame Bofrot Foundation and his commitment to athlete growth
About Coach Levi (AKA Coach Kwame)
I’m Levi Korum, Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Justice University and the founder of the Kwame Bofrot Foundation. My journey began in Ghana where I grew up until my senior year of high school. While there, I grew a social media following of over 400k followers doing comedy. At the same time, I played for Lizzy Sports, where I developed my skills under coach Eric.
That exposure led me to work closely with the coaching staff at Grand Canyon University as a student manager, where I spent two years learning the inner workings of a successful college program—recruiting, player development, culture building, and the standards required to compete at a high level. Those years were foundational, giving me firsthand experience and mentorship that shaped how I approach coaching and leadership today.
Seeing the gap between talented international players and real college opportunities, I felt called to start the Kwame Bofrot Foundation. What began as a vision quickly grew into a recruiting organization running showcases in Ghana, connecting elite athletes with U.S. college programs and providing guidance, structure, and integrity throughout the process. Many of the programs I work with now actively recruit through our platform because of the standards and trust we’ve built.
That journey ultimately led me to become the Head Men’s Soccer Coach at Justice University, where I now recruit, develop, and mentor athletes within a faith-driven college environment. Whether through college soccer, international recruiting, or private and group training, my mission remains the same: to develop athletes of character, create real opportunities, and use the game to glorify God and positively impact lives.
